Work Permit
- Work permit: Open work permits application including post graduation work permit, co-op work permit, bridge open work permit, spousal open work permit.
- Employer-specific work permit application: allows you to work to the conditions on your work permit, which has the specific employer that you can only work for, how long you can work and the location you can work. You will need a copy of LMIA and the LMIA number to apply under this stream.
An LMIA confirms there is a need for a temporary foreign worker, no Canadians or permanent residents are available to do the job. you will need an LMIA from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), and then apply for the employer specific work permit
Study permit
study permit application outside of Canada, study permit renewal inside Canada. You can study in Canada if you:
- are enrolled at a designated learning institution (DLI)
- prove you have enough money to pay for your:
tuition fees, living expenses for yourself and any family members who come with you to Canada and return transportation for yourself and any family members who come with you to Canada
- obey the law, have no criminal record and get a police certificate (if required)
- are in good health and get a medical exam (if required)
- prove to an officer that you will leave Canada when your study permit expires
Visitor Visa
Visitor visa: A visitor visa (also called a temporary resident visa) is an official document that we stick in your passport. It shows that you meet the requirements needed to enter Canada. Most visitors can stay for up to 6 months in Canada. If you would like to extend your stay after 6 months, you can also apply for visitor record, to get the permission extend your stay here as a visitor.
Super Visa
Super visa: A super visa is designed for parents and grandparent. It lets you visit your children or grandchildren for up to 2 years at a time. It’s a multi-entry visa that provides multiple entries for a period up to 10 years.
